Alan Harris; 24; of Westlake Ave.; East York; got up at 4 a.m. Sunday to be fishing in the Ganaraska river near Port Hope by 7.30. He had his line in the water only five minutes before hooking this nine-pound. 28-inch brown trout. He played it 15 minutes on a four-pound-test line; then handed the rod to his wife and waded in to grab the fish. Mr. Harris plans to enter the fist in The Star's fishing contest.
